We use UPS, USPS, Fedex for delivering all US orders.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.

Fragrance Stash will email a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Each day, you will receive an automated email from us indicating all of your orders that have been shipped that day.

All orders placed are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Most orders are delivered within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order. We do not ship any order's on weekends and cut off time for Friday is 2.00 PM EST.







Easy Returns

Our number one priority is your satisfaction, please feel free to contact us back within 30 days from the date of purchase in case you are not satisfied with your delivered product and would like to return it. We will be happy to process the refund or exchange.

Unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip. Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items are non refundable due to health reasons.

For an exchange or refund, the purchased item(s) must not be damaged, used or opened. A Partial Refund is to be initiated if an item being returned has been opened, or otherwise not returned in the original condition in which it was received by a customer. Any Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded in cases of Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations (considering the order has already been shipped)If the item(s) being returned has been opened and the seal has been broken or the order value is greater than $500 there is a 20% Restocking Fee which will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returned packages, unless we made an error. Any item that is qualified for a full or partial refund, may also qualify for store credit.All International Order's must send the product back at their own cost to get a refund.We only provide Return Labels to US based Orders.

Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.Any claims related to damaged items, wrong item received or missing items must be reported within 48 hours from the time order was received.
